Our best-selling 1930s-inspired pure Italian Silk Printed Tea Dress has become one of our signature styles, due to its effortlessly flattering cut, unique charm and versatility.
We are now offering you the chance to custom design your own version of our signature dress by adapting the sleeve, neckline and dress length to your personal preference from our selection of proven specifications.
Once you have chosen your preferred design you can then choose which printed silk or silk viscose velvet you would like the tea dress to be made in.
All of the dresses are made in a standard UK size 6-18.
The lead time for your custom-made tea dress is currently 4 weeks from the placement of your order.
Due to the custom made nature of this product, returns will not be accepted.
- Short Length Tea Dress (approximately 109cm): £1590
- Midi Length Tea Dress (approximately 131cm): £1850
Dress length measured from high shoulder point to front hem.
Full length tea dresses (to the ankle or floor) can be made on request, subject to fabric availability.
There is a premium added on to the base price for the following alternative fabric options:
+£500 for plain silk viscose velvet options
+£740 for plain heavy silk crepe satin options

Product Information
Based on our best selling 1930's silk tea dress block, this signature style is beautifully flattering with unique charm and versatility. This dress can easily be styled with cashmere and sneakers for day, or with stunning millinery and heels for special events.
There is an invisible centre back zip for step-in ease and the dress is lined from the empire seam to the hemline in Italian silk Habotai.
Both the silk crepe de chine and silk satin are printed and finished in Italy. The cloth is printed digitally with our exclusive designs, based on vintage Parisian artworks.

Dress lengths are measured from high shoulder point to front hem and are measured on a standard size 8 garment.
When choosing your size from our collection, please refer to the measurement chart to determine your closest size.
Please measure around your body with a tape measure. The measure tape should not be pulled tight.

If you would prefer to try one of our stock dresses to double check your size we can send you one using your order value as a deposit against the stock dress. Please email us for more details at enquiries@suzannah.com.

Custom Design Your Own Tea Dress
We are now offering you the chance to custom design your very own version of our signature tea dress.
Step 1 - Design Your Dress Select your preferred neckline, sleeve style and skirt length to create your perfect dress.
Step 2 - Choose Your Favourite Print By clicking on each print you can easily preview each one on your chosen dress design. There is also the option to zoom in as well as see a close up of the print detail. Many prints only have enough cloth for one or two dresses so please be aware stocks are limited.
Step 3 - Choose Your UK Size Please see our size chart for both the body measurements as well as the US and EU size conversions. If you would prefer to double check your size before we make your dress we can send you one of our stock dresses to try.
Once all the steps are completed your bespoke tea dress is ready. Click the link to share your design with a friend, or simply add to cart to either continue shopping or complete your order.

Terms & conditions
Your custom design tea dress will be shipped within approximately 4 weeks from the date of your order. Upon confirmation, we will send you a swatch of your chosen print to the address you provide with your order, to re-confirm your purchase. Once approved by you via email or WhatsApp we will then choose tonal shades for both the lining and zip.
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our illustrations in this graphic tool. However please rely on your actual swatch for the confirmation of colour and scale of print.
All the dresses are cut individually, so the exact print placement will differ with each dress made. We will use our expertise to gain the best print placement possible for your dress.
If you would like further clarity on your sizing please let us know and we can send you one of our stock dresses to try on before we start making your custom dress, as once the manufacturing process is underway, it is non-refundable. We will use your order value as a deposit for the stock dress.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please let us know once your print swatch and/or stock trial size dress has arrived. At this point we are able to offer you a full refund.
Once we have your approval of cloth, and size if necessary, we will schedule the production of your dress. From this point onwards your order in non-refundable.
Once the fabric has been cut into your selected size and design we are unable to make any changes to the dress or offer you a refund.
